***Update: Meeting Postponed till next week***
Another productive developer meeting. See you next week!:
We had another developers meeting on Tuesday. Almost forgot to post the logs. See you next week!:
**UPDATE: Time changed to 22:30 UTC **
The developers meeting this morning went well I think. A few key points came out:
After talking with a few people in IRC the other day, the idea of having a meeting to organize ourselves and discuss the next steps with ProjectPier came up.
For anyone interested, we'll be meeting on next Monday at UTC 23:00
I realize things have been a bit quite lately. Please check out the new translation available - Norwegian!
#update: Site should be back up now.
Due to some issues we have been having lately, we're going to be making some changes to the server in the next day or two. I don't have an exact time yet, but it is likely the website will go down for a little while. Hopefully not more than about 15 mins.
**UPDATED**
For those unaware, sourceforge.net hosts several of our infrastructure services including svn, mailing lists, and release downloads + mirrors.
So, a progress update is waaaaaay overdue but at least I come offering something good. For those not wanting to read the rest of this post, jump straight to the downloads and get the new release. For everyone else, I'm going to start from the beginning...
Yep, its on again and ProjectPier is aiming to be involved this year. I should've posted the call for support earlier, but apparently I'm a space cadet sometimes. So, apologies for the late notice but we really need people to help out with the program by offering to be mentors. All this really means is committing to being available to a student for help and guiding them through their projects.
As some of you might have noticed, we had some problems with some website changes over the past ~12hrs. I had to revert back to a backup copy, and then had to rebuild the newer data by hand. The good news is that it should all be resolved now. If you notice any problems or missing bits with the website, please let me know.
