Using the Navigation Bar
All navigation within ProjectPier is done by using the horizontal tabbed navigation bar on top of each page. Depending on the context you will see one of the following four navigation bars.

When you log in you see the global navigation bar. It gives you access to the projects and tasks allocated to you ("my projects" and "my tasks"). The name of the website is displayed as the page title ("ProjectPier Demo Server" in our example, but you can change that of course).

As soon as you select one specific project you get the project navigation bar. This gives you access to the messages, tasks, milestones, files, tags, forms and people belonging to that project. The page title displays the project name ("Green Computing Expo 2009" in our example).

When you edit your account information you get the user account navigation bar. It has just one single tab for the moment, but this may change in the future. The page title reads "My account" in this context.

If you are an administrator on your ProjectPier installation then you will have access to the administration navigation bar as well. Her you can set up the owner company, user accounts for owner company employees, plus client/partner companies. The page title is "Administration" accordingly.
