Dutch translation fixes and additions

Description
I have started with an update of the Dutch language pack, as i found a number of translation errors and inconsistencies in the existing version. Attached to this report is the first page, site_interface.php.
Some remarks for the original maintainer:
Gereedschappen -> Hulpmiddelen (better metaphore)
Mensen -> Deelnemers (original is too abstract in dutch)

Here is the whole bunch, many changes and fixes. :-)
(also overwrites the previously posted site_interface.php with an updated version)
