Install Patch

Hi, im new to PHP and cannot get my head around installing patches. If anyone has any info on this i would be very great full.
Also, After using PHPBB3 there is a mod installer that you can use to install mods. Will there ever be a patch that we can install to install patches for us.

to install a patch, have a look at the instructions on this page:

Don't worry, it's not very complicated. But ask here if you have any questions about that.
As for having a patch that allows you to install patches, this is not precisely planned, however a plugin system is in the works. That would allow you to install new functionalities more easily.
