It would be nice to use bb-codes or any other system to make better looking messages. For example quotations or bullet list. With this feature messages became esier to read, especialy those, which are long.

Hi,
ProjectPier uses textile formatting. I suggest you google it to find some quick reference. I would do it but I'm writing from my phone...

It woluld be nice if inforamtion about it were easier to find. WYSIWYG is a good idea too.
I second that. There should be a reference built into that edit page. Especially because it seems only parts of the TexTile standard are implemented.
For example, it seems HTML is not ever allowed despite this:
"You can certainly use HTML tags inside your Textile documents. HTML will only be escaped if it’s found in a pre or code block."

I recently noticed that diiferent code may be used in mlestone, messages, etc. It is confusing too.
I also have problem, I am wondering how add "<' 'hr' '>' to message.
It would also be nice to have a configuration option that would allow us to choose what type of markup we would like to use in messages and any other fields that allow markup. I prefer Wiki Markup. Below are some suggestions.
any which one will do. the ability to customize messages would be very handy indeed
Agree. But what about making markup options change on already running system? What happens to existing messages?
If I'm not able to even put a
tag in my message, let alone an anchor tag, how do I edit my files so that I can?
I thought I edited the default template when creating my own, so I therefore Textile should work, but it doesn't.
I'm an idiot here... didn't reference the markup well enough, and yes, in fact, it does work.
Mi Apologias.
