'new ProjectPier version available' string all lower case in German translation

The key 'new ProjectPier version available' is all lower case in the German translation (site_interface.php) while it is mixed upper and lower case in the English file.

This also seems to be a problem in other translations, I just quickly checked pt_br and it still has 'activecollab' instead of projectpier for that string.

I would suggest to either change it to all lower case, as all the other keys seem to be lower case as well. Or even better change it to something neutral like 'application'.
