Description
When you declare a task list as hidden AND assign it to a milestone, its title still shows up within the milestone it was assigned to. When a client clicks on the title he gets the message: "You don't have permissions to access requested page". According to my opinion, a private task list should be completely hidden (including title). This is only a minor issue, however.

I don't think this is a minor issue, because even the title of a task list may contain information that a client should never see. If something is declared private in PP it has to be strictly private.
This one is a well known since 0.6. IMHO this is somewhat a showstopper because not everyone likes to be 100% transparent.
I think we should develop a good spec/use case for the use of privacy features.
Somewhat related: private messages
But the issue is: how can you finish a milestone if a pribvate task remains? And how would it affect it?
Difficult choice!!
As far as I understood the underlying concept, you can't close that milestone because it checks the available tasks. If there is an open private task this milestone cannot be closed.
