New field "Homepage" in the user profile

Description

We have a field "Email address" in our user profile - why not add a field "Homepage" as well? (non-mandatory, of course)

Here is a patch that adds a homepage field to the user profile.

If this patch is added to the trunk, do I need to provide something regarding the update process?
