Hi everybody,
after installing PP, I tried all functions including the upload function. From the beginning I allways got an error like:
Failed to create folder '/volume1/web/projectpier/upload/b2d76/82043/0ba8a'
Then I searched this forum for fixes, and I checked all possible failures:
*) the upload folder is on 777
*) the option for upload is set on "file system"
*) the user has admin rights
Then I even tried the fix made by martinlang here:

But even with the modified files.php there is still the same failure.
I really dont know what the problem is.
Please, I need your help!!!
