Confused about Companies

I'm a bit confused about the Company concept.

Question One: How do I add a client company to a project I've created? It only shows my own company (owner company) under "involved companies" but I don't see a link to "add a company" anywhere.

Question Two: What if I want to add a company that is NOT a client, but with whom my company is collaborating?

Do it the other way round:

Do it the other way round: go to Administration->Clients->click on client name->Update Permissions.

With your collaborating company you will want to do the same, just give them access to whatever projects you deem fit.
