Is there a User Manual...for Client Users? I manual that leaves the installation and administration piece of the product out?
This would very helpful for my clients that tend to be only semi internet savvy.
If not is there a need for this. Might this be something I could contribute to the Project?

No, one does not exist, or if it does exist privately somewhere it has not been made available to the community. I think it would be a great benefit to the community if you were to write one.
