M-Eco Kick Off Organization

Accommodations

I have gathered some initial information for travel and accommodations
below. It needs to be organized and put it into the template that exists
in the for the kick off meeting SVN.

I have some concern about hotel reservations given this is the time for
Fairs at the Messe. An initial look on the web tells me Cebit is April
and and another Messe event is in March. This seems okay, but it would
safe to reserve now, because if there is a fair we will have a difficult
time getting rooms for our guests.

Any initial wish for where the dinner will be for the kickoff and which
day?

Agenda:

Bilateral sessions might be possible if the MM room is available
