How do I submit a translation?

I needed an Spanish translation of version 0.8.0.3, so I'm doing it myself. I was wondering if I could submit it in case anyone else would need it. I hope this is the right place to ask such a question.

It's a neutral Spanish version, so it will be useful for any Spanish user from any country.
