Cannot attach files to messages

Hello,
I am a newbie with PP. First of all, thanks to the dev-team for such a brilliant piece of application. However, I am having a little issue with it. I have set up PP on my hosted domain. Now, when I add a file to a message it doesn't show up with the message. Once the message is posted, clicking on the "attach files" link shows me the list of files. This list contains the file that I originally attached to the message. Also, the "files" tab shows no file although there are files uploaded in the project.
I tried setting debug to true, but didn't see any error message.
Help much appreciated.

Did you make the upload folder writable? Does your php.ini allow uploading files of the size your tried to upload? What did the server error log indicate after the failure?
There's no failure in uploading files. As I said, once the message is posted, I can view the list of files by clicking on the "attach files" (to the message) link. But the files are not attached when the message was POSTED.
I found those error too, and I did tried change the configuration by this following location "» Dashboard » Administration » Configuration » General" as a configuration of "File Storage" option from "File System" to "Database(MySQL)" and It's worked!!!
