Error con variables que no estan escapando algunas variables

Description
En el archivo messages.php variables como 'log close projecttasks' => '\'%s\' cerrada' cuando se despliega el mensaje sale exactamente: 'Entregar' abierta , o sea el tag de en el html sale como: 'Entregar' <strong>abierta</strong>
alguna manera de cambiar eso?
