email notifications

Hi All,

I am using project pier & am happy with to tool overall.. Just one thing, I was testing email notifications.. When i tested it using project pier, it gives success message but i don't receive any mails @ given address..
Similarly when I send mail using project pier to my members , they don't receive it!

Can you guys help me out! where do i have to make changes ?

Hi,
I found only php files at mentioned path. I don't think I need to change that.. Can you correct me if I am wrong & let me know what changes do I need to make?

Looks like you need to setup your SMTP configuration.

The test tool will show a success that it could "create a mail message". As far as a successful send, it's not really that smart.
