Projectpier need to be searched

Searching is necessary for projectpier.
It's very useful for users who have many projects and files saved in projectpier.
Is there anyone can build a patch of searching for projectpier?
According to this forum post (http://www.projectpier.org/node/130) someone is already working on a global search feature. You should contact them directly and ask about the status. This is the type of thing that needs to be completed and submitted as a patch for the next version.
