The default "Redirect page on logout" is confusing to users IMHO

This can be debated, but I think most administrators would not want the default logout redirect page to be www.projectpier.com.

This is found in the menus, under: Administration > Configuration > General > Redirect page on logout. The default is www.projectpier.org. I would like to suggest the default should be “default” which returns the user to the login page.
