add_comment.php not needed.

Description

The file located at "/pp086/application/views/message/add_comment.php" is not needed because the comments are handled by the comment module. This file can be safely removed.

I can confirm - I removed the application/views/message/add_comment.php file in 0.8.6-stable installation. The message comments still work well.
