Modify application header code

Change:
<h1><a href="<?php echo get_url('dashboard') ?>"><?php echo $site_name ?></a> | <a href="<?php echo active_project()->getOverviewUrl() ?>"><?php echo clean(active_project()->getName()) ?></a></h1>

To:

<h1><a href="<?php echo get_url('dashboard') ?>"><?php echo $site_name ?></a></h1>
          <h2><a href="<?php echo active_project()->getOverviewUrl() ?>"><?php echo clean(active_project()->getName()) ?></a></h2>

The reason is just for theme formatting. When all that is put into one H1 with no break, it gets messy. Putting the site title into the H1 and the the section title into the H2 make more sense plus it's a lot easier to work with.

Would be great if you have some CSS to go with that.

At least based on the marine theme. All I'm doing is using H2 which is already defined. The H2 still sits within the header div which provides positioning.
