Description
Problem with attaching files to comments/messages.
When I add a comment to task and click 'attach file', files don`t appear with message text under task list.
The worst thing is that doesn`t show up any problem/error message...
I tried change File Storage opiton to 'MySQL' but id didn`t help.
Administration / Plugins / Files is activated?

All is fine now.
Not completely your fault.
The user interface should hide the option to upload files when the plugin is not activated.
On top of that the plugin is disabled by default which was not the case in 0.8.0.3.
