Admin more powerful rights

Admin should be able to visualize all tasks and milestones assigned to a particular member, and their status. Admin should also have access to a section listing all pending tasks and milestones for every active project, in a single page/section.
Right now it is only possible to see pending tasks/milestones by browsing every single project, so a section with all pending tasks would be much easier to outline the job's to be done.
...hope that was clear enough :)

Hi,
Maybe it could be extended to all users, not just the admin. So every user can see (if chosen) all the task assigned to him in every project of which he is member.
Koko,
you have that functionality on the dashboard pages. When you click on the "Dashboard" link you will see three tabs on the screen - the middle one is the "My tasks" tab.
This list will show you all tasks assigned to you in every project you are a member of. It also shows you the tasks in these projects which are not assigned to anyone.

I could suggest the feature with much less words: we need a "Their tasks" tab.
:)
Anyhow i posted this in the issue tracker as well, along with a small formatting bug i found.
Also, nice to enter this community: as a long time aC 0.7.1 user i am really happy to see this open source fork. I'll try to contribute for what i can (mostly beta testing and feature suggestions, as i am no programmer!)
keep it up!
+1 for listing projects/milestones/tasks that a user is responsible for on their user page when admin is looking. We should also try to make it possible for all managers to see their workers information, so client admins can see client employees, and company admins can see company employees.
Unrelated but also frustrating is that currently non-admins have no way of seeing team members in their own group! We need to at least offer a listing of people with the option to PM them. When someone posts on a message you can click to their page and see everything, but there's no listing, which to me doesn't make sense from any point of view, privacy or otherwise. This is a topic for another ticket though.
About the My_Tasks page, I think that Koko's confusion is telling. It took me a long time to figure out how to see a list of all tasks assigned to me, and it was immediately my most common destination as soon as I knew it was there.
I actually hacked my 0.7.1 to show a big link that says 'TASKS' in the header after my username that leads to the my_tasks page. Obviously that's a silly hack, but I think that adding some navigation specifically for tasks would be a really good idea.
The most logical way given the current structure of that corner-widget box with the pulldowns would be a link that says 'tasks' with a pulldown menu that lists either the projects you are assigned to (linking to the tasks tab of that project) or the task lists you are assigned to (with links to the specific task lists). The main 'tasks' link itself would take you to your my_tasks page. Actually, thinking about it, if we could fit the task lists into the pulldown without it getting too messy, that would be ideal, as it would give people a quick way to get to the task lists themselves, which offer more options than the general project task pages (like edit/delete tasks, though maybe we should just have the pencil/delete icons everywhere?)
Here's a quick photoshop of what i mean:
Hi,
Sorry for the confusing "explanation" earlier today ;-)
In the future I will try to be more clear.
This would be a great addition. I am currently looking for this type of feature. I just implemented the "all tasks" hack found in the forums, but I would really like to group all the tasks by user.
