Description

After a "successful" login the user is directed back to the login page.
This was not present on 1and1 shared hosting, but was obvious on Westhost
VPS hosting.

Host Setup at time of failure:
Apache/1.3.27 (Unix) (Red-Hat/Linux) PHP/5.2.1
MySQL 5.0.27

Apparently the same at ticket #222 at activeCollab:
http://code.activecollab.com/trac/ticket/222

This is a problem, but it was seen on Apache 1.3 and the documentation for PP says Apache 2.0 is required, therefore it will be closed until someone can repeat it on Apache 2.0.

I am experiencing same issue. After a "successful" login the user is directed back to the login page.

Host Setup at time of failure:
Apache/2.2.6 (windows xp pro)
PHP/5.2.5
MySQL 5.0.45

Installed with wampserver(wampserver.com) on home based web-server.
WampServer 2.0 [21/11/2007]

What browser and version are you using? Can you reproduce this in Firefox? If so, can you log the requests to and from the server using the LiveHTTPHeaders Firefox plugin and attach it to this bug report for analysis?

You may want to try the latest nightly as this problem could have been related to this bug:
http://projectpier.org/node/843

Version:» 0.8.0.2

I am experiencing this issue. I am using projectpier loaded on a jumpbox. I checked the files referenced in http://projectpier.org/node/843 and they match the code changes so that is not my issue. I still get redirected after a successful login. Please help me ASAP as I have users waiting to use your product. I had for a short time been able to utilize the "Remember Me" workaround but even that is not working.

thanks
