If I write a comment (at a message), i can't choose, which person i'll send an email notification about this comment.

Thsi behaviour is unfortunately a design choice and not changed in 0.8.
The only person who can enable email notifications is the message author. The marked repicients will be added to that message's distibution list and can only unsubscribe from this message thread (not every message).
A commenter cannot change that setting, even if it would be useful to add more people to the message if the discussion gets interesting.

your two posts here seem to contradict each other. In the first one, you noticed that when you comment on a message you can't decide who will get an email notification. As Roland said, that's by design unfortunately.
As for your second post, you can actually get an email notification or not by subscribing or unsubscribing on the right part of the page.
