Problem with upload

I've problems with uploading files. I can choose whichever folder, there is error msg: "Failed to create folder '/home/html/a4w.sk/public_html/_sub/test2/upload/476a4/bc102/f28f4'". Upload folder is set to 777. Does anyone knows where can be problem?

i get this same error any

i get this same error any time i try to upload a file into any directory (documents/images/other)

Failed to create folder '/home/####/public_html/projectpier/upload/1f5d0/dd465/74f40'

upload dir is 777 as well...

ps. username replaced with '####' for security reasons
