I checked the code. If you select Add comment you need to select a project message in the dropdown after Add comment. So, first do Add message then add the form.
This way a form enables you to comment on a message without requiring the authorization to edit a message.
thx, that works. Still regarding forms, I just added a testuser (http://www.intersein.net/pp087/index.php?c=account&a=update_permissions&active_project=1&1...) and noticed that I could not figure out how to activate the forms plugin for him without giving him full access to the projects. I´ll send you testuser login pw per email, so you can check it, if it´s of value for developement.
