Double notification mail when adding a comment to a ticket

Description

When adding a comment to a ticket, two notification mails are send.

Status:new» open - needs more info

If I create a ticket, I automatically get subscribed to it (see sidebar top right).
Now, when I add a comment and DO NOT use send notification I get one mail because I am subscribed.
When I add a comment and use send notification I get two emails, one as subscriber, one as extra notification.
Is this happening on your side?
