Download problems

I have uploaded several files without any problems, but now when I want to retrieve them I get an error:

Thank you,
I found via Google the solution:
now it works fine,

I have file storage set to file system. Do you recommend to switch to "Database"? If so, would it be any problems because I had selected "File system" from the start?
Thank you very much for your software! Is there any way we can contribute?

Stick with the initial option. You cannot simply switch. It would involve copying the files between the two storage models.

One area where I would like some contribution is theme design (CSS) and user interface design.

Is there any recommendation for the developers which one to start with on a new installation?

For now fileystem as it allows streaming download which is not possible right now from the database.

In the future database will support this as well. From then on it is a matter of taste. If all your files are relatively small you could use the database as it allows for easy backup. I can imagine that for very large files the filesystem will be better.

For now stick with filesystem.

ok, thx, we will for our second plattform. As we have our established PP plattform on the database system, (which runs very good) my question would be if it is possible to get a list of files out of this systems, (like download all tasks, but sufficient if there is only the complete filelist),
