Content Layer/Div is to big and overflows the menu on the right hand side

Description

Hello.

I have some problems with the website, the main content layer seems to be to big,
and overflows a part of the right hand side menu, and the links underneath this
layer are not active because of that.
(See Screenshot with the outlined layer, red.)

would be veryyyyyyy great if you can fix it :)

PS: I running, Linux with Firefox 2.0

This seems to be a problem with the "Submit Issue" screen under Linux or is this a general problem? I cannot see this with various browsers under Windows (FF, IE, Safari) and will test it on my Ubuntu box.

hmm, thats very funny, i still have the problem, even my friends on other linux boxes. I asked
them to test it. You can see it on the screenshot, bug is still there..

I tested the site on my Ubuntu Feisty box (with FF 2.0.0.6) and the box sizes are the same as in FF (Win). I tried different forms, including the "submit issue" form.
