I would love to see the possibility to change the look and feel of the automatic messages.
Being able to make them look like my company mail template would add that bit more for our clients.

I think that there must be some work being done on this metter. I've found in the code a comment that stands for the HTML version of mail function. I'm now without access in my server and can't test it, tomorrow I may test and verify what is already done.
Maybe phpfreak should give me some tips on this so I can make it work somehow. The last update on the file (according to GIT) has been made 3 months ago.
application/views/notifier is where the templates are located.
