With the tickets plugin active, clientes from the client companies aren't able to submit tickets. There is no option for submitting as a client.
Hi, just started to use PP (0.8.8 SP2) and it works fine! Just the above mentioned issue that users of the client cant create tickets is bothering me. Are there any plans of changing that or is there even work in progress?
