admin can't create new project

I installed it and everything went smoothly.
I logged into Admin and started changing the Welcome project.
I tried to create a new project at that point. It said I did not have permissions to do so.
Then I changed permissions, trying to add all permissions to Admin. Subsequently, I still could not create a new project.
I deleted the Welcome project.
Subsequently, I still cannot create a new project.
Any way to fix it?

am having the same issue , I already install and login so nice every things work prefectly I just cant add new Project as well

can't create project . now i use the project copy feature for create a new project.

Same issue for me too, tried 3 different installations with same result.

I have found a workaround. It seems the default setting for the admin account is "Can manage his/her own projects" set to "No". To change this, click on the following:

  • In the main menu select Administration, then select Company.
  • Under the heading of Contacts within the main page content, look for the admin user and click the associated link Edit user account.
  • In the body of the new page look for the section titled Options and change the setting for the option Can manage his/her own projects: from No to Yes.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the button Edit user account, this will save the settings.
