I have set-up a user but she is not receiving the automatic email with her randomly generated password. Also, she is not receiving any email notifications of projects, milestones, or tasks being assigned to her.
Hi, I'm having the same issue -- I have tested the email sending function and it works fine. But when I add a user, no email is sent to the user (I'm using my own email to test). How can the user hope to log in? I also can't assign a task to the user, but this may be due to the fact that the user is not confirmed yet. thanks...
Did you check the settings in configuration mailing, and test it through tools->test mail settings, tools -> mass mailer?
