Move from Old to New Version and Host

Hello,
I couldn't find this. I have an older version loaded on a different host that i don't have much access to. I have installed the latest version on a new host with full access. Any ideas on how I can move all the info from the old to the new? Is it a matter of exporting and importing the databases? I'm unsure where to look to see what the old version is. Sorry if this has been answered I just can't seem to find how to do this. Thanks. - Ralph

Hi,
for the upgrade you find a lot of references in the forum, just enter it in the search. Regarding the database, I am using mysqldumper for regular backups and I moved the database several times to other servers with this tool.
