Description
When I try to create a new task, project, etc in the insert page displays the code of the page as the attached screenshot.

Hi,
your screenshots look completely normal to me. The arrow shows the Textile help information for formatting input, this is just a formatting help for the text you enter...

I agree this is by design. Leaving it open and changing to a feature request because it's confusing to new users or users who do not know that Textile markup is. Some text could be added to the top of the sidebar to explain. Here is what I'd recommend. "Text you type in input fields can be stylized using Textile markup. Some examples are below for your convenience:"
This can be changed in the translations. (with the l18n plugin (internationalization) for example, search for textile)
But I also think it is a good idea to make the description less confusing as a default for the next version.
