Calendar Integration

Hi y'all, new poster here.
First let me say congrats on the release of 0.8 I've been evaluating project management apps for the past month or so and am glad to see an active, supportive, and talented community here.
We looked at Project Pier briefly and thought it had some promise for us, but we wanted to have an integrated calendar. In fact, that was given to me as a prerequisite.
My question is: is there a way that the messaging in PP can be used to add appointments into say, MS Outlook? It would be great to have a calendar view, and perhaps I can start using PP after figuring out a way to integrate w/calendar.

Just installed PP on local server.
I see there is iCalendar, not exactly what I was looking for, but we'll try it.
Also intrigued by the RSS feed. A good way to get notification of activity.
