Online new document

This evening I have a meeting about one of my projects. Here we have internet available and I would like to make the notes direct in PP. I know this isn't possible yet, but would this be an idea? In stead of uploading a file, you can choose to make a new file. The markup is done with textile and everything is saved as .txt. When saving, a PDF is created. This is the file you (or the other users) can download. The .txt is also stored somewhere, to be able to correct errors afterwards.

I don't think it is necessary to have a tool where you can write documents in plain text online. Nothing easier than to use Kedit, Notepad or something else and upload it.
But I think a rich text tool could be very useful if you're not on your own computer.
