That's a good article. Cheers!
This leads me to some feature ideas:
+ **time coordination:** we already now where the team members are and the relative time difference to the server. Why not showing the actual time (in 24h format) close to each member on the people tab? A variation could be to show all time zones with the location info (one city per time zone) as small clocks in one row above the people.
+ **user profiles:** add some more fields to the user profiles - or at least one more field to link to one or more social networking sites. There are already some feature requests in the bug tracker.
It would be very cool if we could adapt all that "open social" and "openid" stuff in pp too, so that we wouldn't force the members to create another account or another profile.
+ make it easy to **schedule a meeting**. There are already some services to do this on the internet, so maybe a link to one of those sites may be enough and we don't have to recreate that functionality. I will search for that and come back later.
+ another thing could be polls or any other **decision making** tool, but this has a very loooooow importance for me, since you can do something similiar by posting your question and people answer in the comments.
Best

Just curious - are you referring to features to implement on the projectpier.org website? or features to add to the software?
...even if some features could be useful at pp.org too :-)
as promised here are some links to online scheduling sites:
