CSS IDs need to be consolidated

A little while back I updated the CSS for the Azul theme. This theme would print white text on a light red background for late milestones. Pretty much making the text unreadable. I updated this and made the text black and the links a contrasting color. Now I have found that the project overview and a project members dashboard use two different CSS IDs for the same item. On the project overview it is #lateMilestones and on the dashboard it is #lateOrTodayMilestones.
