I have tried loading PP several times and I keep running into the same issue.
I have a remote dedicated server with a static IP. I am running Windows 2000 with IIS, MySQL, and PHP.
Here is my problem - I go through the loading screens without a hitch. Everything checks out perfectly. At the end of the load I am asked to setup my company. I do so and then I am directed to the login screen.
Here is where things go bad. I attempt to login to PP with the userid/password that I just setup moments before. I hit enter and everything seems to load fine but I am looped back to the login screen. No matter how many times I do this, I am looped right back to the login.
I even tried the "Forgot Password" help. I do that and I am able to enter an email address. No email is sent but now when I am redirected back to the login screen and I try entering the userid/password, I get an error message stating that I "Failed to log you in. Please check login data and try again."
I have checked the MySQL entries and all of the fields are there. I have also setup a localhost server on my local machine and tested PP. It works perfectly.
Any ideas?
What web browser are you using? IE6, IE7? Have you tried Firefox? There have been reports that people using IE can't login.
I am on Firefox on a Mac.
Is the remote dedicated server in a different timezone to you? If so, what are your offsets?

I am not sure if it is the same bug, but I followed the post and captured the header data via Live HTTP Header. Here is what I am getting. This is after a clean install when all of the elements loaded perfect. After setting up the company I try to login and I keep getting looped back.
Do you see anything abnormal?

I just noticed something. Not sure if it is the issue but when I first go to PP to login I get this URL:
http://www.bothandstudios.com/pp/index.php?c=access&a=login
After logging in the first time, I get looped back to the same login screen, but the URL changes to this:
http://www.bothandstudios.com/pp/index.php?c=access&a=login&ref_c=dashboard&ref_a=index
I notice the word "dashboard". Am I some how logged into PP and just seeing the login screen instead of the dashboard?

You may want to try the latest nightly as this problem could have been related to this bug:
