No email notification when comments added with 0.8.0.2

Description
With version 0.8.0.1 and 0.8.0.2, there is no email notification after a comment has been posted.

This patch changes all the "recepient" occurrences in the code into "recipient".
###The translations need to be updated as well###
This patch has been created against version 0.8.0.2 from the repository https://projectpier.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/projectpier/ProjectPier/Tags/0.8.0.2/ (rev 131?)
it seems that uploading a file when creating an issue doesn't work...

yes, how do you apply the patch. I get this:
Missing lang: error forgot password
, when trying to recover my password. PP recognises the email because when I try a different address I get this:
[email]is not in use
, so I know it verifies the address a legitimate user. That's why I'm guessing the problem is email/sendmail related and why I was interested in this thread.
So how do you apply the patch?
