Description

This patch adds edit and delete buttons to "My Tasks" on the dashboard. This makes it easy for a user to assign an unassigned task to themselves, change ownership or delete the task directly (i.e. without having to navigate via the Project and through its tasks).

Workaround as the issue tracker will not accept an attachment at the creation of an issue

Works great for me!

I thing that My_Tasks panel should be more functional and this is a step in the right direction.
