Translating Project Pier

Hi everybody,
I would like to translate Project Pier in Macedonian. Could somebody please instruct me what needs to be translated, how to submit the translations and what software to use for translating (if necessary).

I think there is some documentation about this on the site, but it escapes me at the moment. Basically you want to take the english language files and the translate all the strings (not the keys) into your language. You can look at some of the existing translations for examples. When you're close or done, contact me with the files and I'll add a project page for the translation and add the files into the svn repository.
Make sure to use a text editor with unix line endings and utf8 encoding.
