Admin cannot see all projects in the admin section

We recently installed PP in our company *version 0.8.2*. Right now I - as an admin - cannot see *all* projects when I am on the project screen in the admin section, but only the projects I am assigned to (Admin > Projects).
I can see all projects when I am on the "Permission" screen
This is ok for the non-admin user but as an admin I would expect to see *all* projects and be able to edit them (btw - a "edit permissions" link on that screen additionally to the "edit project" link would be nice).
Also, when seeing all projects there should be a marker besides the projects I am assigned to.

I don't know about this. In cases where there are many, many projects in the system, I only want to see the projects I'm assigned to. Just because I'm an admin user shouldn't mean I have to wade through a hundred projects to click on the one I want ;)
