Google Documents for PP

Hi,
one peace of collaboration is creating and versioning documents. these are 2 masterpieces i miss in PP.
My partner and me have different computers (mac, pc), thus we decided to create and manage our documents online, like google documents. how are you guys handling that issue? Do you creates messages and write your code specifications there for example?
There is currently a wiki like addon in the works at the moment :D
It won't be as advanced as Google docs, and it might have a wysiwyg editor in it.
I meant to reply to this earlier, but unfortanutely I was side tracked.
