Associating Milestones with already entered Tasks?

I started using pp today. If I enter tasks and task lists initially without associating these with milestones... and want to come back later to add milestones, how can i associate these?
It seems like I have to enter a whole new milestone and cannot associate the new milestone directly to already entered tasks for a given project.

You can link a list of tasks to milestones by modifying it. There is a select menu with which you can choose the milestone you've created.
This is the same for messages. This is a problem of ergonomy, you're right.
Once the manipulation is done messages and list of tasks will appear in the box of your milestone.
