Update who receives notifications on an existing message.

I would love to see a way to update who is receiving information on messages after the first posting -- editing the original message does not provide an option and adding new people to the existing notification list I think this would be extremely helpful as sometimes at the original posting you may forget that someone needed to be in on the conversation or as the conversation changes a new person might need to be made aware.

Yes, I think this would be useful too - the only thing to possibly consider is how to enable permissions so that people can't remove notifications if they aren't in the right position to do so.
