what to do after installation

hi,
i installed here :
http://myurl.com/projects/
my installation said it was successful,
then there is a 'complete the installation' page
when i make admin account and click 'submit' then it just opens a new page like this :
http://myurl.com/index.php?c=access&a=complete_installation
can anyone help please,

what does that page show? is it blank?
One thing of interested in what you wrote is that you said that you installed ProjectPier at http://myurl.com/projects/ but were redirected to http://myurl.com/index.php?c=access&a=complete_installation which doesn't have the "/projects/" part.
Please give us more details on your current problem but once thing you might want to look at is the file config/config.php. In there, there's a variable called ROOT_URL. It has to be your root URL including the potential subdirectories. In your case, if you installed ProjectPier under http://myurl.com/projects/ that's what ROOT_URL needs to be.
