Task depends on...

Hi PPs ;)
I'd like to have a feature which allowed me to assign a tasks "prerequisites" that have to be fullfilled before I can get my hands on that task. Err... Lets say I wanted to install PP. This can only be done, if some kind of *AMP is part of my system. So, installing *AMP would be the task(-list) that has to be done before I can even touch PP...
