New Installation Issue

I just installed a new instance of Project Pier and, insofar as I know, the server meets the requirements. When I navigate to the www.mydomain.com/projectpier and hope to install, this is what is displayed:

All files uploaded correctly?

Can you make sure all the files were uploaded correctly?
In particular, the file library/functions.php.

It's possible that your upload didn't work properly.
